Saint Mary of Naranco

The church of Saint Mary is a Roman Catholic church situated 4 kilometres from Oviedo in the south outskirts of Mount Naranco, near a forest. Ramiro I of Asturias ordered it to be built as part of a royal palace. It was finished in 842. This construction is included in the Asturian pre-romanesque architecture.

Skull

The human skull is the bony structure that forms the head in the human skeleton. It is formed by the bones of neurocranium and the bones of viscerocranium. The skull protects the encephalon and the sense organs.

Notre Dame

Notre Dame Cathedral is a Catholic church on the Île de la Cité in Paris. It is widely considered to be one the finest examples of French Gothic architecture. It is among the most well-known church buildings in the world.

Diplodocus

The Diplodocus was one of the biggest dinosaurs and the most known sauropod. It had a long neck and a small head. Its legs were sturdy, similar to the legs of elephants. On each leg the Diplodocus had a claw used as a defensive weapon and for excavating nests for eggs. But its most distinctive feature was a long whip-like tail.

Deer

The deer is the biggest wild herbivore in the Iberian Peninsula. It can weight up to 200 kilograms and its maximum length can reach two metres. A deer can be 1.5 metres high.
